Our finish bench turns good prints into display pieces: progressive sanding, gap filling, priming, airbrush painting and protective coating — graded to exhibition, retail or engineering standard.
What the service entails
Three finish grades, one obsession
Choose the grade your part actually needs: Functional (clean, smooth, ready to work), Presentation (sanded and primed, paint-ready), or Exhibition (mirror-smooth, colour-matched, clear-coated). You never pay for more finish than the job demands.
- Support removal and progressive sanding to 2000 grit
- Filler priming, airbrush colour and RAL-matched paints
- Matte, satin or gloss protective clear coats
- Final inspection under raking light + finish photos

Questions
Finishing FAQs
Yes — we mix to any RAL, Pantone C or physical sample you send. Brand-critical colours get a spray-out card approved by you before we touch the part.
The clear coat adds real protection against handling, UV and moisture. Exhibition pieces still deserve a display case, but presentation-grade parts handle daily demo use without marking.
Happily — send or drop off your raw prints and choose a finish grade. We assess each piece first and tell you honestly what the surface will achieve before quoting.
